I heard he did very well! Wish I had time to watch. Apparently Kennedy said that Alito had never written an opinion on minority rights. Four cases were later submitted for the record where he ruled in favor of some sort of minority rights. They are not even doing any homework. Just throwing out trash and hoping it sticks!
