Majority-Catholic Supreme Court

Interesting story on how William Brennan contributed to what could soon be a conservative Catholic majority supreme court. In short his decision on Roe united Catholic's and Evangelical Protestants politically. Protestant presidents have packed the court with Catholic intellectuals. I could do without Cumo's snide remark closing out the story. But you will have that with the MSM.

Question is: how Catholic/conservative will Kennedy be...

If Catholics can't be president without being assasinated (/wave Kennedy), they might as well be in the supreme court. Just goes to show how ridiculous religion is.

My assumption was that Justice Kennedy is already more conservative then Justice Brennan was. But it will be interesting to see his role going forward.
Speaking of the other Kennedy, I am not sure being Catholic had anything to do with his assassination. But I am hardly an expert on the subject of JFK.
